Comprehensive real estate tax bills for this year’s houses will be sent to taxpayers from today.
Although house prices have fallen significantly recently, it is estimated that around 1.2 million people will be subject to a comprehensive real estate tax payment, as the tax amount is based on the publicly announced price which increased earlier this year.
The comprehensive real estate tax on houses is more than 1 million for the first time, and the tax amount is estimated to win 4 trillion.
The reduction in house prices this year is expected to be reflected in the official price next year and the tax burden will also decrease, so the tax resistance from taxpayers who have received comprehensive real estate tax bills is expected to be difficult.
The tax standard for comprehensive real estate tax is 1.1 billion won for a single home owner, but a total of 1.2 billion won is deducted for each person in the name of a married couple jointly, 600 million won.
