[사회]Gwangmyeong Apartment Controversy over ‘Introduction of Dog Tag’ to Children’s Playground… “If you pledge, you will receive a ticket”

An apartment building in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do is controversial because it is known that it introduced a dog tag to restrict the use of playgrounds for children outside.

Apartment A in Gwangmyeong created guidelines for using children’s play facilities and issued identification tags and ‘daily passes’ to children living in the complex and children outside the complex to differentiate their use.

Accordingly, children in the complex are required to wear the ‘identification tag’ distributed by the management office to play in the playground,

It is said that the ‘daily use pass’ was provided after having children write a pledge stating that the apartment will not be held liable for civil or criminal liability even if they are injured and will compensate if the equipment is damaged.

Apartment officials explained that these measures are all for the safety of children.
