Tensions are growing as the voting in the Honam region, which is considered a watershed in the Democratic presidential primary, starts today.

The dispute over the so-called ‘Daejang-dong development preference’ is intensifying not only between the ruling and opposition parties but also among the Democratic presidential candidates.

Voting has started ahead of the Honam primary this weekend, right?

Online voting has been held for delegates and right party members in Gwangju and Jeonnam from 9 am.

As the Honam region has 200,000 right party members, this weekend, when the voting results are announced, is considered to be the biggest battle of the Democratic Party presidential primary.

As such, a fierce battle is expected between Governor Lee Jae-myung, who wants to solidify the trend, and former CEO Lee Nak-yeon, who is trying to turn over in the home room.

Governor Lee Jae-myung, the leader, has not set an official schedule for today as well as yesterday, but as the ‘Honam competition’ has begun, it seems that he will take a break and think about strategy.

On the other hand, former CEO Lee, who is ‘all-in’ to attack Honam during the holidays, attends a support declaration event in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do today, and concentrates on driving votes.

Former Minister Choo Mi-ae, who is aiming for second place, also appealed for support to Honam supporters to make a strategic choice instead of a flat one in a radio interview in the Gwangju area.

Rep. Park Yong-jin, who was born in Jangsu, Jeollabuk-do, also went to his hometown to hold a grave, and then set out to catch people’s hearts on Chuseok.

In Power of the People, most of them, including former president Yoon Seok-yeol and lawmaker Hong Jun-pyo, are going to catch their breath without a public schedule.

In the midst of this, not only the ruling and opposition parties but also the Democratic Party are intensifying over the so-called ‘Daejang-dong development suspicion’?

First, the level of conflict between Governor Lee Jae-myung and the power of the people is increasing.

This allegation is the attack on the governor’s side called ‘People’s Power Togon Gate’, where the civil power and the opposition party joined hands, and the people’s power pulled out a card of counterattack saying that it would dig up the ‘Lee Jae-myung gate’.

Next month, the government audit and special prosecutor will be introduced.

The people’s power, which set up a plan to call not only this governor, but also the ‘Hwacheon Daeyu’ officials who took advantage of the development profits at the next month’s state audit, is threatening to not only investigate the state affairs but also promote the special prosecutor if it fails.

This branch, too, is not backing an inch.

Following the declaration of resignation from public office if there was any misconduct, Kim Ki-hyeon, floor leader of the People’s Power, reported to the prosecution and counterattacked.

In an article posted on SNS a while ago, he expressed his will to break through the front, saying that he would make a way even if he had to go through a thorny road.

As you said, the ‘Daejang-dong conflict’ is intensifying even within the Democratic Party.

Governor Lee Jae-myung’s criticism of whether he was trying to get on board and boarding the offensive raised by the people’s power, while Lee Nak-yeon, the former representative, countered by saying that he was aiming a gun at the inside of the Democratic Party.

When the two camps, which had declared a ceasefire for a while due to a ‘one-team agreement’, collided head-on with this suspicion, the Lee Jae-myung camp issued a statement and officially requested to focus on the essence of ‘the people’s power building gate’.
