1 black man was killed in Tennessee police brutality Protests across the United States

Protests continue across the United States against the police who attacked and killed a black man in Tennessee earlier this month.

In the video released on the 27th, a 29-year-old black man, Tire Nichols, who was arrested by police on charges of reckless driving on the 7th, was kicked and hit by five police officers with fists and clubs.

According to the video, Mr. Nichols was still screaming and calling “Mom” at the time.

All five police officers involved in the incident were fired and charged with murder, assault, kidnapping and other charges on the 26th.

Meanwhile, after this incident, protests continued across the United States to condemn the police overreaction after the 28th.

In Memphis, Tennessee, where the incident took place, “Whose Street is it? This is our street!” and booing the police car monitoring the protest.

Hundreds of New York protesters gathered in Washington Square Park for a march to Manhattan, with rows of police officers walking alongside them.
