A worker taking a break during a break at a construction site in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do was crushed to death by a forklift.
It was also confirmed that no signers were responsible for managing security on site this time.

Work was suspended on the construction site which was covered by a blue tent.
At around 12:00 this afternoon, a female worker in her 50s died after being crushed by a forklift.
A female worker was lying down on the 6th floor construction site during break time, but a male driver in his 30s who was working on lifting a forklift from the 1st floor to the 6th floor did not find that the worker was resting.

“This is an incident where a female worker who was taking a break under a forklift was crushed to death in the process of putting it down.”
It was confirmed that there are no signalers assigned to manage security on the 1st and 6th floors.
Police will charge the aerial work platform driver with negligent homicide and call in building officials to investigate safety violations.

An ambulance comes between the villas.
Moments later, a man and a woman are taken out of the villa on a stretcher.
At around 11:30am yesterday, an unconscious parent and two teenage sons were found in a villa in Seo-gu, Incheon.

When the first son, who was usually uncomfortable with his legs, did not come to school and could not be contacted, the homeroom teacher visited the house and reported it to 112.

“It’s not even a wheelchair. Because I’m limp…”
Police said a will was found in the house saying “I don’t want a funeral”, and they plan to investigate the exact cause of death and the circumstances of the incident through an autopsy.

In the Yeongdong area of Gangwon, where a strong wind warning was issued, damage continued.
