Despite taking their music careers seriously, artists including Lazer dim 700, BabyChiefDoit, Ray Vaughn, Gelo, Eem triplin, Samara Cyn, 1900Rugrat, Loe Shimmy, Ian, YTB Fatt, nino Paid, and EBK Jaaybo are laughing in the face of social media criticism. Ray Vaughn, a Top Dawg Entertainment artist from Long Beach, Calif., addresses comparisons to Cozz, who is signed to J.Cole’s Dreamville label. One social media user questioned Vaughn’s hype, calling him “just the Cozz of TDE.”
“What’s wrong with Cozz?” Ray Vaughn said. “I got some motion on me, on God. You see it. You leaving comments, right?”
