Actor and MLA Mukesh recently addressed the media about his personal life, shedding light on his divorce and the importance of respecting individual decisions.

In a candid interview with Manorama News, Mukesh emphasized the need to grant people the autonomy to make their own choices, regardless of their relationship with us. He expressed his lack of animosity towards the two significant women in his life, Saritha and Methil Devika, despite the challenges they faced.

When questioned about his evaluation of the two women, Mukesh reflected on the turmoil often present in family court disputes, acknowledging the natural temptation to lash out. However, he commended both women for their willingness to pursue their own happiness, stressing the futility of holding onto resentment in such circumstances.

‘What domestic violence?’ Devika asked the media workers back; Mukesh on divorce

Actor and MLA Mukesh talks about his family life.
Mukesh says we should give someone the right to make their own decision no matter how close our friend or wife is. Mukesh told Manorama News that he has no anger towards the two women who have been with him in his life and appreciates them.

Mukesh was answering a question about how he now evaluates two women, Saritha and Methil Devika, whom he considers very important in his life.

‘After going before the family court, most of the husband and wife there would shout at each other. It’s natural. How many times have I been under pressure to say such a word. But I admire them both. Because if you are happy with such a decision then you should go ahead with it. There is no point in waiting for it.

So if we don’t give freedom to make a decision no matter how close our friend, wife or children are, what will be their life and mine. So I don’t hold a grudge against them in that regard. If I’ve ever spoken about them in an interview, it’s only been compliments.

Even to my children, I have said that under no circumstances should you harm your mother. I have not said anything about Devika. I’m very happy. Needless to say, all the important media in Kerala visited Devika’s house for an interview. It’s full of journalists.

It is seen on TV, the film actor is CPM MLA and so on. It’s a pleasure to finish one. After saying something in that context, there is no other section according to the law of our country. And then there are fights and domestic violence and everything else.

I looked at the excited faces of everyone standing there. Everyone stands in the way that today is a great day in history. It’s natural. All of the human conditions.

Finally asking the question. What did he do wrong and what was domestic violence like? This was the question. Devika replied, domestic violence? Not so in my case? He is a very pleasant man. It was a decision taken by both of us.

‘I saw them fall away, saying, ‘Oh, it’s a joke, it just comes and goes.’ In my opinion that day should be observed as a black day in the history of Kerala. Because it was a day of broken hope. It’s human nature. Everyone is against me. Don’t others enjoy it. It was during those times of conflict that I brought out my best performance. My handwriting is my blessing,’ says Mukesh.
