THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Even after the activities of the Popular Front (PFI) were banned, the police registered a case under UAPA against the activists who raised slogans for the organization. The Kallambalam police have registered a case against Naseem (38), a resident of Karavaram, Thiruvananthapuram, and Muhammad Salim (44), a resident of Eranimuk.

The slogan was shouted near the flagpole. The flagpole erected at Kallambalam Pudusherimuk junction was pulled down by the activists after raising slogans. In the morning, about seven workers came and unveiled the flag. They have been identified.
