Also, Trisha recently shared her best experiences with Aishwarya in an interview. “Fortunately, I got to meet and interact with Aishwarya on the first day of my shoot. Mani sir used to come and say, don’t talk too much.” But Aishwarya said, “I won’t have this friendship in my scene.”

Trisha will play the role of Princess Kundava in Ponniyin Selvan while Aishwarya will play the role of Queen Nandini. Apart from them Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala and Prakash Raj are also acting. Ponniyin Selvan will be the first Tamil film to be released on IMAX when the film hits theaters on September 30.
