Episode 23 of the Al-Atawla series was recently shown on MBC Egypt, and the events of the episode began with Khader (Tarek Lotfy) and Nassar (Ahmed Al-Sakka) learning about the scandal that happened to their sister Shadia (Maryam Al-Jundi).
Atef (Mustafa Abu Sari’) tells them that Saad wanted money from him, and he was chasing him, not Shadia, and he tells them that Shadia heard it from his reputation.
Issa Al-Wazzan (Bassem Samra) hires one of the doctors, and he kills Malek Ibn Nassar and Aisha inside the hospital where he is being treated. Issa Al-Wazzan summons Atef and asks him to divorce Shadia and stay away from her. Atef tells him that Shadia is pregnant from him, and he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Al-Wazzan threatens to reveal his secret that he is raising juveniles and has no family.
Khadr tells his brother Nassar that Issa Al-Wazzan was the one who killed his son Malik, and Nassar asks him to kill Al-Wazzan, in exchange for the return of their cooperation in criminal operations together, and Khadr agrees to Nassar’s request.
The episode ended with May Kassab entering the circle of revenge after the death of her son Malik, and she vowed to Nassar that she would take revenge on him for his son with Zeina.
