To enroll in PillPack, customers can log into their Amazon Pharmacy account, select eligible medications, and review insurance and delivery details. Amazon Pharmacy coordinates refills for convenient monthly delivery. while most pill-form prescriptions are included, some exclusions apply, such as controlled substances and refrigerated items.
