Andrea Bocelli, nevidomý italský tenorista, na hudební scéně působí už tři desítky let a v O2 areně letos s Českým národním symfonickým orchestrem odzpíval dva koncerty. Já jsem se zúčastnila druhého, který se konal v sobotu 24. ledna 2026.

Alespoň takový byl původní plán. S dcerou jsme si totiž koupily lístky na koncert Terezy Maškové do O2 Universum, jenže shoda náhod zařídila, že jsem se místo toho octla v O2 areně na úžasném vystoupení Bocelliho.
Vyměnit koncert Terezy Maškové za Bocelliho jsem původně neplánovala, ale občas se prostě stane, že se vám plány změní. Třeba tehdy, když k narozeninám dostanete dárek v podobě koncertu a ve stejný den se koná další skvělá akce, na kterou byste taky chtěli jít. Jenže naklonovat se bohužel neumím, tak jsem dala přednost koncertu, který se hned tak nebude opakovat.

And last but not least, I would also like to praise the discipline of the audience, which differed quite a bit from other concerts of a different genre.
Recording and flash photography were not allowed at the event, and I have to give a thumbs up for the fact that the vast majority of visitors adhered to this. There were few lights from mobile phones, and I would say that this made the experience even greater for everyone involved.
Food and drinks were also not allowed to be brought into the hall this time, so we didn’t encounter any rustling wrappers or spilled lemonade. It was just a little unpleasant to find out only at the entrance to the sector where we had our seats. But that’s a minor detail.
Three encores, standing ovation
Andrea Bocelli added three songs, including Con te partiro sung together with Zuzana Marková, and the entire concert was then closed with a remarkably sung Turandot by Puccini. The audience gave Bocelli a standing ovation several times.
