Kyiv ∙ Russia launched a powerful attack on Ukraine. Ukraine’s military said 69 missiles were fired at various cities, including the capital, Kyiv. The army also said that 54 of them had been destroyed. The simultaneous missile attack from land and sea continued for five hours.
Several people, including a 14-year-old girl, were injured. Apart from Kiev, a Russian missile also hit the cities of Harkiv, Odesa and Lviv. This is the biggest attack since the start of the war. Ukraine also claims that the attack targeted infrastructure including power plants.
