ASUS to Launch New NVIDIA GeForce RTX Graphics Cards on May 10 –

ASUS will announce the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics cards during its ROG Pulse livestream on May 10.

The official ASUS Facebook page posted a photo of soldiers in Camu uniforms with TUF Gaming written on their backpacks. The description indicates that a new GeForce RTX graphics card is coming soon, and it mentions the name TUF OG, which is ready for use in gaming computers. ASUS is asking its followers to guess the name of the chipset and the full name of the card, we can add our own guesses to what this might be, but before that, here’s the full statement from ASUS:

You may notice that ASUS didn’t specifically say it’s the NVIDIA 40 series, but given that this new GPU is due out in 2023, it’s sure to be part of the Ada Lovelace series. In addition, the card will be associated with the TUF Gaming brand. ASUS already has several TUF-designed GeForce RTX 40 series cards in its portfolio, so this could be a new release under the TUF OG brand, with a camouflage design similar to the vests and outfits worn by the soldiers in the pictures.

Beyond that, NVIDIA is expected to unveil its GeForce RTX 4060 Ti display later this month, so the launch could have something to do with that. It’s been a while since AIB has revealed anything like this. ASUS will probably only reveal the new series at the event, but those will probably only come later, or in line with the RTX 4060 Ti launch around Computex. It will certainly be interesting to see what ASUS does with this new design.
