The battle of interested parties will culminate on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. hall auction directly in the water park in Liptov. For a good cause
The proceeds from the sale will be used by the Vysoké Tatry mountain resort for the reconstruction of the Štart intermediate station of the former cable car. “This is one of the buildings of the former cable car designed by architect Dušan Jurkovič. We would like to use the proceeds to repair the roof and other elements that are necessary. Just as a car pleases a collector, we will take another step to ensure that this historic building is in the best possible condition.” said the director of the Vysoké Tatry mountain center Dušan Slavkovský.

The massive 2007 Cadillac, in which Madonna left her signature on the seat, was suspended upside down over the dance floor on a steel structure at the restaurant by two cranes in December 2009 after its half-ton engine and transmission were removed.

Beer tanks
Cadillac in Humna will be replaced by beer tanks, which will be part of the new interior design and its equipment. “The reconstruction of Humna should be completed by the beginning of the summer tourist season. From the practical side, it will bring an increase in seating capacity, more comfort, an expansion of the dance floor and new modern design elements.” informed the center’s F&B manager Roman Sedlák. After Cadillac’s departure, the only motor vehicle in Humna remains a snow tracked vehicle near the dance floor, from which cabs the guest DJs play their songs during the discos.
