Ten minutes into the game, the home team attacked on the right, Ferran Torres brought the ball up the edge of the line before opening into the penalty area for Joao Felix to shoot with his right, but the ball flew over the crossbar.

In the 15th minute, “Azulgrana” continued their journey. Alejandro Balde got to the baseline before cutting back for Firmin López to shoot in the penalty area, but Unai Simon used his legs to save. You can do that. At the end of the first half it was still tied 0-0.

In the second half, in the 57th minute, the home team should have taken the lead. Joao Felix pulled the trigger in front of the penalty area, Unai Simon blocked the first second and the ball went into the path of Firmin. López scored again but not past the Spanish goalkeeper.

The home team coordinated beautifully in the 80th minute with Joao Felix turning before stabbing the ball through the hole for substitute Marc Gui to slide in and shoot past Unai Simon into the goal, Barcelona took the lead 1-0. It was a 17-year-old boy’s first goal and his first appearance for the senior team.

The match ended, Barcelona beat Athletic Bilbao 1-0 at home, collecting three important points. Moved to 3rd place, behind Real Madrid, the leader, by just one point.
