Mammootty has explained the reason behind rejecting the Bigg Boss and Coca Cola commercial opportunity which offered him crores of rupees.

Mamooka said she would get out of breath after a while and she couldn’t do this. Mammootty was speaking in an interview given to the media as part of the promotion of the film Nanpakal Neerath Mayakkum.

Mamooka was not the first to be called as a host in Bigg Boss, but the star was answering the question why Coca Cola ads that offered crores of rupees were rejected.

‘There are no grand theories. Bigg Boss offered me more crores than Coca Cola, but I turned it down because it wasn’t enough if I added it. I felt it wasn’t right. Because eventually you will have to hold your breath. It was a great offer. Ask his people and you will know. No one else in the world can think of such a thing. I am such a sweetheart,’ said Mammootty.

Nanpakal Nerath Mayakkum is a film written and directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery starring Mammootty in the screenplay by S. Harish. The film goes through the changes that happen to James on his way back after the Velankanni Yatra with his family.

Asokan, Ramya Pandian, Ashwant Ashok Kumar, Girish Perinchiri, Sanjana Dipu, etc. have played other important roles in the film. The film is produced by Mammootty Company and Amen Movie Monastery. The cinematography of the film is done by Theni Ishwar.
