“Colma, sector 11 of Bobo; a dying individual found in a pit”. This is the title of an article that appeared in our edition of Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Relating to a dying individual, whose age could be between 70 and 80 years old. He was found in the early morning of Sunday January 22, 2023 in a pit in front of the Wend-Konta bakery, not far from the private Ki-Zerbo high school.
Unfortunately, yesterday around 10 am we will be informed by a call from one of the bakery managers of the death of the old man next to a school, not far from where he was on Monday. The unfortunate man therefore died without being able to benefit from treatment, despite all the alerts from the manager of the bakery who indicated that he had alerted the competent technical services.
First the police, social action and the fire brigade who all declined that they were not the services authorized to come to his aid. None of these services really wanted to take responsibility. Each service returning the load.
When others even went so far as to demand that the bakery treat the old man before they could pick him up. Ah, Burkina! This country where even the services supposed to provide assistance to people in danger flee their responsibilities. What remains to be done!
