Boost Your Mood: Mora 3-dong Unveils ‘Happiness Vitamin Charging Unit’ to Spread Joy

Sasang-gu Mora 3-dong (Director Lee Mi-young) announced that the Mora 3-dong Unsugol Village Health and Welfare Planning Team conducted the ‘Visiting Happiness Vitamin Recharge Team Project’ targeting residents of complexes 1 and 3 on the 23rd.

The ‘Visiting Happiness Vitamin Charging Team Project’ is a project in which the Village Health and Welfare Planning Team, the Visiting Welfare Team, and volunteers visit Moraju Public Housing Complexes 1 and 3 to operate various programs to promote the physical and mental health of residents in order to create a healthy and happy village through the voluntary efforts of residents.

On this day, at the Moraju Public Apartment playground, a program was held to increase physical vitality for about 50 residents, including the Vitality Pangpang Youth Hand Exercises, Samsamohoh Health Game, and Hand Massage. In addition, a Sodam Sodam Village Music Festival is scheduled to be held in October and November to help residents feel mental and psychological stability.
