Brazilian Influencer Pâmela Guimarães Murdered in Front of Her Four Children

Pâmela Guimarães, a 26-year-old lifestyle content creator, was shot to death outside her home in Sertanópolis, Brazil, on May 1, 2026. The attack occurred in front of her four children.

According to reporting by the Brazilian outlet Massa, Guimarães rushed outdoors after hearing a man shouting her name from a car. Upon realizing something was wrong, she attempted to run back inside her residence but was shot several times. She was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Guimarães’ four children were at home during the shooting and witnessed the event. Her youngest child is seven months old.

The victim was the daughter of a pastor and maintained a presence as a content creator on Instagram, where she had 10,000 followers. Her social media posts frequently focused on her children and family life.

In a post shared a week before the shooting, Guimarães shared a black and white video of her family with the caption: "And if you need me a thousand times, I’ll be there, a thousand times by your side."

She also recently posted about her baby, Nenêco, describing the first seven months of the child’s life as "7 months of the strongest love I have ever felt." In the same post, she wrote:

"You came to turn everything around… teaching me to be even stronger, braver and to never give up, even on the difficult days. Every smile of yours is a victory, every evolution is a miracle that I celebrate every day."

Following the attack, police searched the surrounding area, but the shooter remains at large. A manhunt is currently underway to locate the perpetrator.
