Chelsea Close to Signing Top Priority Player Moises Caicedo
According to The Guardian, Chelsea is on the verge of securing the signing of midfielder Moises Caicedo, their top priority target. The British daily newspaper reports that Chelsea is also interested in Southampton’s Romeu Labia, who is being pursued by Liverpool.
After a disappointing season, in which Chelsea finished 12th in the league, the club is determined to revamp its squad.
