Chinese Prosecutors Approve Prosecution of Three Young Suspects in Middle School Student’s Murder

Shijiazhuang, April 8 (Xinhua) — On Monday (April 8), the People’s Prosecutor’s Office of North China’s Hebei Province issued a statement on Monday. The Supreme People’s Prosecutor’s Office of China has reportedly reviewed and approved the prosecution of three young people suspected of the murder of a middle school student in Heben.

A Mathayom 1 student surnamed Wang from Feixiang District, Handan City, Hebei Province, was murdered on March 10. The three suspects were arrested on March 11. By the Prosecutor’s Office It takes this case seriously and is part of the investigation from an early stage.

The Feixiang District Public Security Bureau applied to the Prosecutor’s Office for permission to prosecute on March 21, after considering the case. The suspects, surnamed Zhang, surnamed Li, and surnamed Ma, who were aged between 12 and 14 at the time of the crime, were found to have deliberately murdered Wang until he died.

The heinous nature of their crimes makes all three deserving of criminal prosecution. The Prosecutor’s Office in Hebei then reported to the Supreme People’s Procurator’s Office to request approval to prosecute the suspects.
