Chonburi Province in eastern Thailand announced the latest infection status of the new coronavirus at 6:30 am on Monday, November 1, 2021.
According to the announcement, there were 259 new coronavirus-positive individuals and one death in Chonburi province in one day. 320 people have recovered.
By region, 57 people from Chon Buri, 60 people from Sriracha, 51 people from Pattaya (Bang Lamung), 29 people from Sattahip, 16 people from Phanat Nikhom.
Since April 2021 when the third wave of the new coronavirus spread, the cumulative number of positives in Chonburi Province has been 101,483, and 719 have died. 95,173 have already recovered and 5,591 are still on treatment.
In some areas of Chonburi, the curfew will be lifted from October 31st.
The curfew will be lifted in 17 prefectures including Bangkok from October 31st.
In addition, Pattaya, Bang Lamung, Jomtien, Bang Lamung, Ko Sichang and Sriracha in Chonburi Province will be eligible for non-isolated acceptance of vaccinated travelers from 1 November.
