1. Pregnant women, gestational age 12 weeks or more. who gave antenatal care at Chulalongkorn Hospital
2. Patients aged 12-18 years (born between 2003-2009) with 7 risk groups who are regularly treated at Chulalongkorn Hospital as follows:
- Obesity or sleep apnea
- chronic respiratory disease including moderate or severe asthma
- cardiovascular disease cerebrovascular disease
- chronic renal disease
- Cancer and low immunity
- diabetes
- Genetic diseases, including Down’s syndrome Children with severe neurological impairment with slow development
