Amy posted on her Instagram page, recommending 12 low calorie and low fat Ding Ding. The fat per packet is about 1 to 3 teaspoons of oil, and the calories range from 160 to 309 calories. However, Amy reminded that Ding Ding Dim Sum, as a frozen food, has a relatively high sodium content and low protein content. It is recommended to eat 1 to 2 times a week at most, and try to eat light meals to add protein.
