Comedian Park Na-rae Shares Diet and Exercise Routine for Maintaining Healthy Body

On the 5th, Parc Na-rae said, “This is the story of my own diet for 4 months. There might be some mistakes, but I tried to find a routine that suited me as much as possible. “I maintain and exercise to gain more muscle mass.”

The InBody score that Parc Na-rae shared was 81 points, her weight was 49.1 kg, and her body fat was 11.4 kg. Parc Na-rae said, “Exercise always involves aerobic and strength training. “Although the speed of losing weight was slow, I continued to do it because I heard that the yo-yo will become slow this way and I will have elasticity,” he said “I always fasted for 16 hours a day on after the mukbang ,” he explained.

What I ate the most while dieting

This is Onao (overnight oatmeal).

3 spoons oat flour, 1 spoon Greek yoghurt, 1/2 spoon allulose

1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter

1 spoonful of chia seeds, 1 spoonful of protein granola, half a handful of nuts

1 spoonful of yellow cheese powder or 1 spoonful of unsweetened cocoa powder

(It’s so tasty you might lose a little less weight)

oatmeal porridge

(Oatmeal tuna porridge, oatmeal crabmeat porridge, etc.)

Brown rice, natto and avocado

Smoked salmon chazuki rye bread sauce

Cheating is about meat and vegetables.

Breakfast most days is an apple, unsweetened peanut butter, and 1 spoonful of Greek yogurt.

Beard A week ago, I ate sweet pumpkin, 150 grams of chicken breast, and baby seaweed for three meals.

Oh, and the day after the mukbang, I have to fast for 16 hours… .ㅠㅠ

Exercise must always be combined with aerobic strength training.

Although the speed of losing weight was slow, I think I continued to do it because I heard that it yo-yos slowly and has elasticity.

When you first exercise, your body is heavy, you can’t move, and it’s tiring and difficult.

While exercising, I couldn’t help but feel a little craving…

1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of strength training 5 times a week for 3 months

Starting a month ago from Barf, I did 2 hours of cardio (1 hour of mountain climbing, 1 hour of zombie gym) and 1 hour of strength training every day.

The most effective aerobic exercise is My Mountain Interval.

It was hard enough to be considered a real death, but one effect was the best!

And I saw the miracle of a person turning into a zombie in just an hour by going to the zombie gym and learning martial arts.

I believe my diet will probably continue forever.

Until one day, I can get abs without holding my breath!!!
