Comedian Moon Se-yoon Celebrates Buying His Own House After 20 Years in the Industry

After two decades in the entertainment industry, comedian Se-yoon Mun proudly announced that he has finally purchased his own house.
Appearing on SBS Power FM’s ‘Cultwo Show’ on the 28th, Moon Se-yoon shared the exciting news with the audience.
During the broadcast, DJ Kim Tae-gyun curiously asked the comedian, “How long have you been in the entertainment industry?” Moon Se-yoon replied, “I’ve been doing it since 2001, but I officially debuted in 2003.” The comedian’s face hinted at a humorous response.
Impressed by his dedication, DJ Kim Tae-gyun congratulated Moon Se-yoon, saying, “It’s been 20 years. You must have worked hard to be able to buy your own house.” Humble and a bit embarrassed, Moon Se-yoon replied, “It’s not a lavish property. I have a share in the bank, and I need to repay the loan quickly. Thank you.”
In response to a listener’s question about loan interest rates, Moon Se-yoon humorously commented, “The interest rates vary daily, so it’s hard to say. However, currently, most banks offer about a 4% interest rate.”
When asked about the motivation to buy a house, Moon Se-yoon revealed, “I never prioritized owning a house, but as my children grew up, I realized the need for a place to call their own.” He amusingly added, “Although I enjoy eating more than investing in real estate.”
Moon Se-yoon, known for his comedic talent on SBS, married Hana Kim, a former LG Twins cheerleader, in November 2009. Together, they have a daughter named Si-yeon and a son named Jin-hyeok.

One listener said, “Congratulations to Mr. Moon Se-yoon,” and asked, “I need to get a loan, but how much is the loan interest there?” In response, Sae-yoon Moon replied, “The time to receive it and every day is different.” “I don’t know now, but any bank is in the early 4%.
Moon Se-yoon revealed the reason for buying the house, saying, “I didn’t have a romance about a house, but since my children grew up, I had to find a place for them.” He laughed when he said, “I like eating more than buying a house.”
Moon Sae-yoon is a comedian from the 6th season of SBS, and married Hana Kim, a former LG Twins cheerleader, in November 2009 and has a daughter, Si-yeon, and a son, Jin-hyeok.
