The auction will be held on July 28 after the exhibition, which starts on July 21. Gorgasaurus is placed in the genus Tyrannosaurus rex. These were the most dangerous carnivorous dinosaurs of the time. Gorgasaurus was found in what is now the United States and Canada. Gorgasaurus, 10 feet tall and 22 feet long, was discovered in the Judith River area of ​​Havre, Montana.

More than one of these fossils are preserved in the Sotheby’s Museum. The museum clarified that only one is being auctioned to private individuals.
