Corsair Revolutionizes PC Assembly with ‘iCUE Link’ Ecosystem: Introducing RGB CPU Cooler, QX RGB Fan, and System Hub

Corsair Debuts Game-Changing iCUE LINK Ecosystem Revolutionizing PC Assembly

Corsair, led by Branch Manager Jaecheon Park, is proud to announce the release of its groundbreaking iCUE LINK ecosystem. Designed to simplify the process of assembling PCs, this innovative system transforms the way components are connected and cabled. The initial product lineup includes the RGB CPU Cooler, QX RGB Fan, and System Hub, all poised to revolutionize the PC assembly market.

The iCUE LINK system reimagines cable installation by utilizing a single cable to connect the power and data cables of various devices. This streamlined approach allows for easier, simpler, and more convenient PC assembly than ever before. The ecosystem, first unveiled at Computex 2023, eliminates the need for multiple connectors and cables, instead utilizing standard universal connectors for all components. Each device is directly connected to the components and linked to the system hub, providing seamless transmission of power and data with just one cable.

Leading the charge is the Corsair iCUE LINK RGB CPU Cooler, which combines impressive cooling performance with stunning visual aesthetics. Available in sizes ranging from 240mm to 420mm, the H100i, H115i, H150i, and H170i models feature a new QX RGB fan and a removable copper heatsink for enhanced cooling efficiency. With clever cable placement at the edge of the radiator, messy cables around the pump head are no longer visible, resulting in a clean and polished look for the finished PC assembly.

The Corsair QX RGB Fan is available as both a starter kit and a single fan, offering 120mm and 140mm sizes. Users can create a multi-fan environment by expanding with additional single fans. With precise PWM control, the QX RGB Fan rotates at 2,400 RPM (120mm) and 2,000 RPM (140mm), delivering powerful cooling with minimal noise. Equipped with a CORSAIR Magnetic Dome bearing, it also boasts an extended lifespan. The 34 RGB LED lights on each fan can be customized through the Corsair iCUE software, including the exclusive “Timewarp RGB Lighting Mode.” This unique lighting mode creates mesmerizing effects with precise timing, giving the illusion of a stationary fan even when it’s rotating.

Accompanying these innovative components is the iCUE LINK System Hub, which serves as the central hub for up to 14 iCUE LINK devices. Measuring just 2×2 inches and featuring surface magnetism, this hub can be easily attached to any metal surface within a PC case. Users can manage the entire ecosystem effortlessly through the iCUE LINK System Hub. The System Hub is included with all RGB CPU coolers and QX RGB Starter Kits or can be purchased separately.

Corsair aims to completely transform the PC assembly market with the introduction of iCUE LINK. This game-changing system offers unparalleled performance and functionality, leading to an anticipated increase in market demand. Looking to the future, Corsair plans to expand the iCUE LINK ecosystem in the third quarter of this year, introducing custom cooling parts that cater to the complex and specialized needs of PC assembly. Additionally, Corsair is exploring opportunities to license the iCUE LINK Ecosystem and dedicated connectors, creating a simpler standard in the PC component space and reaching a wider range of potential users.

With its iCUE LINK ecosystem, Corsair is revolutionizing PC assembly, making it easier and more accessible for users everywhere. Stay tuned for further developments and enhancements in the coming months.

CORSAIR (Jaecheon Park, Branch Manager) releases the first products of the next-generation smart component ‘iCUE LINK’ ecosystem that fundamentally changes the way PCs are assembled, ‘RGB CPU Cooler’, ‘QX RGB Fan’ , and ‘System Hub’ said to do

‘iCUE Link’, which connects the power and data cables of various devices with one single cable, is a product that revolutionizes the way personal computers are assembled and cabled. By simplifying complicated cable installation, you can assemble your PC more easily, simply and conveniently than ever before. The initial lineup will be released as ‘iCUE Link RGB CPU Cooler’, ‘iCUE Link QX RGB Fan’, and ‘iCUE Link System Hub’.

The ‘iCUE Link’ ecosystem was unveiled for the first time at Computex 2023, and is changing the PC build environment with a single cable connection method. iCUE Link eliminates the multiple connectors, controls, and cables commonly found in assembled PCs, and uses standard universal connectors for all components. In addition, each device is directly connected to the components, connected to the system hub as if it were a single device, and can transmit power and data with a single cable.

▲ Corsair iCUE Link RGB CPU Cooler

The ‘iCUE Link RGB CPU Cooler’ features excellent cooling performance and beautiful visuals. Available in sizes 240mm, 280mm, 360mm and 420mm respectively, the H100i, H115i, H150i and H170i models have a new QX RGB fan and a removable copper heatsink that provides higher cooling efficiency for extreme cooling efficiency. In particular, by simplifying the cables and moving the connections to the edge of the radiator, messy cables around the pump head are not visible, helping to maintain a clean look when the assembled PC is finished.

▲ Corsair QX RGB Fan

QX RGB Fan is sold as a starter kit and a single fan in 120mm and 140mm sizes, and it is possible to build a multi-fan environment with the starter kit and expand it by purchasing additional single fans. The ‘QX RGB Fan’, which rotates at 2,400 RPM (120mm) and 2,000 RPM (140mm) with precise PWM control, is equipped with a CORSAIR Magnetic Dome bearing to provide a powerful cooling effect with low noise and duration a longer life that he is proud of

In particular, the 34 RGB LED lights installed on each fan can be customized via the Corsair iCUE software, including the new iCUE Connect exclusive ‘Timewarp RGB Lighting Mode’. In fact, the ‘Time Warp RGB lighting mode’ creates lighting effects with precise timing, creating an optical illusion that the fan appears to stop even when it rotates, providing differentiated lighting effects.

The ‘iCUE Link System Hub’, released together, connects and controls up to 14 iCUE Link devices at the same time by tying everything together. It’s only 2×2 inches in size and has surface magnetism, so it can be attached to almost any metal surface in a PC case. You don’t have to worry about individual devices because you can manage the whole ecosystem through the ‘iCUE Link System Hub’. The ‘iCUE Link System Hub’ comes with all RGB CPU coolers and QX RGB Starter Kits or can be purchased separately.

On the other hand, Corsair said that ‘iCUE Link’, introduced this time, leads incredible performance and functions that can fundamentally change the PC assembly market. The aggregate demand of the market is expected to increase.

In addition, iCUE Link is a platform for future feature development. These new products will be further expanded in the third quarter of this year, including custom cooling parts, which were evaluated as the most complex and special area in the PC assembly market. Corsair is exploring different possibilities to reach more potential users by licensing the ‘iCUE Link Ecosystem’ and dedicated connectors to create a simpler standard in the PC component space.
