The couple was found burnt to death in Chalissery Perumannur, Palakkad. Vadakkepurakkal Narayanan (74) and his wife Indira (70) were found dead in a woodshed near their house. The bodies of the two were tied to each other. Chalissery police said that the initial conclusion was that it was a suicide.
