These snacks, packaged in bottle containers with roll tops, have been discovered near schools or sold through online platforms. However, it is important to note that these products are smuggled and fail to feature any Thai language labels or FDA registration numbers. Additionally, the formula, ingredients, and importer information remain unknown. Thus, it is imperative to emphasize that purchasing and consuming these snacks can potentially expose individuals to hazardous substances, unauthorized preservatives, excessive colorings, or flavorings, as well as contaminants resulting from non-standard production and packaging.

Adequate Labeling and Legal Requirements for Snacks
