Mr. Ruangkrai added that when searching for information from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (Form 59), it was found that on October 9-10, 2018, Ms. Watanya had bought 4.2 billion shares of News Network Corporation Plc. (NEWS). 0.01 baht each, totaling approximately 42 million baht, and later on 11-12 December 2018, Ms. Watanya used to sell shares of News Network Corporation Plc. about 42 million baht, during which time It was close to the time that the loan was given to Mr. Phakwan as well.

In addition, it was found that NBC had Mr. Chai Bunnag as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the Chairman of the Executive Committee and Nation Multimedia Group Plc. (NMG) was the No. 1 largest shareholder with 71.45% Nation Plc. Multimedia Group (NMG) has Mr. Chai Bunnag as Executive Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and News Network Corporation Plc. (NEWS) is the 2nd largest shareholder of 9.96%.

Mr. Ruangkrai later said that From the information filed with the NACC and news from the Stock Exchange of Thailand Therefore, it is reasonable to further examine the results from the SEC whether there is a connection between Ms. Watanya Wongopasi, Mr. Pakwan Wongopasi and Mr. Chai Bunnag, and whether there is a connection between the stocks.
