We will inform you about the times and methods of providing the various benefits, including membership cards. Packages will also be delivered to their respective addresses for both season ticket holders and Tricolore members.
For delivery address information, please check your J.League ID registration information linked to your membership number (one-touch pass ID).

Seasonal membership (annual permanent member/occasional member)

Delivery: For those who have signed up (payment has been made) by January 14th (Sunday) Delivery on February 5th (Monday)
Delivery via Yu-Packet (sent by post) Delivery to the venue For those who signed up (completed payment) after January 15th (Monday) Delivery to matches valid for season tickets starting from the opening match of the championship
*For shipping customers, your package will be delivered to your registered address starting Sunday, January 14th. If you have changed your address, please change the registration information for your J.League ID linked to your membership number (one-touch pass ID).
*Yu-Packet tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within the day before the delivery date.
*If picking up tickets at the venue, take your request completion email to the tricolor members tent under the grand staircase outside the east door and collect it.
Information on seat selection for[abbonamento una tantum]before receiving your membership card
[I membri con pagamento in base al consumo (posteriore superiore/lato principale/lato posteriore/posto del tifoso)]they will have to select a seat (earn 0 yen) for each match using the F. Marinos ticket (J League ticket).
Information on how to get seats will be provided separately on the official website, but if you have your J League ID and membership number (one-touch pass ID), you can select a seat even before the membership benefits arrive. Don’t worry.
Tricolor Members (Premium/Gold/Regular/Junior)
Premium, Gold and Junior items will be delivered via Sagawa Express, while regular items will be delivered via regular mail.
