DJI Osmo Mobile 6 stabilizer adds zoom, focus wheel

DJI

After a year, DJI’s mobile phone stabilizer has also introduced a routine update. The Osmo Mobile 6, which appeared tonight, has returned to its roots in terms of naming, but the shape is not very different from the previous generation OM5. It can still be folded and stored, and has a three-axis gimbal and telescopic pole. The body weight of the device is 340g, the handle is ergonomically designed, and the magnetic clip has also become larger to meet the needs of installing the mobile phone with a case.

The main change this time is the zoom and focus wheel at the top of the handle, through which you can more easily take special visual effects such as dynamic zoom. At the same time, DJI added a small status display screen above the joystick. In addition to knowledge as power, it can also intuitively show the four shooting modes of tracking, rotary lock, first-person perspective, and rotary shooting.

It is worth noting that this time DJI has also prepared a quick start function for iPhone users. When you open the gimbal and place it on your phone, the accompanying Mimo app will automatically appear on the screen, allowing you to quickly enter the camera interface. In addition, users can also find shooting tips and editing tools in the app. In addition to active tracking, time-lapse shooting, gesture control and other features are also readily available.

The price of DJI Osmo Mobile 6 in Europe is 169 euros, we will update the local release information later.

refresh:The prices in Hong Kong and Taiwan are HK$1,229 and NT$4,650 respectively, and they are currently available for purchase through the official website.
