Collins,who returned to EastEnders earlier this year,expressed her excitement about being part of the Christmas storyline.
“I feel very honored to be involved in the Christmas storyline because it’s almost like a tradition to watch EastEnders on Christmas Day,” she said.”It’s always a classic [episode] and it was a classic last Christmas,so it’s great to be involved in this one. I think the episode this year is a real EastEnders classic, so I’m really excited to be a part of it.”

Michelle collins: I think it absolutely is. We filmed some truly intense scenes, and the atmosphere on set was electric. As you said, EastEnders on christmas Day is something of a tradition, and I feel honored to be a part of this storyline.
