The Central Agency also revealed, through a press release published yesterday, Sunday, April 28, 2024, the qualifications required in the Ministry of Education 2024 competition to appoint a classroom teacher for the primary grades (fourth – fifth – sixth), via the website, which were according to the following:

Colleges that do not require an educational diploma:
– College of Education (basic, general, private, or Al-Azhar)
– Faculty of Disability and Rehabilitation Sciences (obtaining the educational program is required) at Zagazig University.
– Faculty of Science for People with Special Needs, Beni Suef University.
– Al-Azhar College of Science, South Sinai.
– Faculty of Human Studies at Al-Azhar University (Education Division).
– College of Specific Education, Division (Educational Technology, Computer Specialization / Computer Teacher Preparation) -
Second: Colleges that require obtaining an educational diploma:
– college of Literature.
– College of Dar Al Uloom.
– College of Al-Alsun.
– College of Languages and Translation.
– College of Arabic Language (General Division).
– College of Islamic and Arabic Studies (Arabic Language Section required).
– Faculty of Islamic and Arab Studies for Boys, Cairo (General Division).
– College of Human Studies.
– College of Science, all specializations except (astronomy and meteorology).
– Faculty of Engineering, specializing in computers.
– College of Computers and Information or its equivalent.
– Faculty of Management Information Systems (the Department of Management Information Systems is required).

The Central Organization for Organization and Administration, in coordination with the Ministry of Education, determined the conditions that must be met to apply for the new Ministry of Education competition, which came in accordance with the following:
1. He must be of Egyptian nationality.
2. He must be of good conduct and good reputation.
3. The applicant for the competition must not have previously been sentenced to a felony or freedom-restricting penalty for a crime against honor or trust unless he has been rehabilitated.
4. He must not have been previously dismissed from service by a final disciplinary decision or ruling, unless at least four years have passed since it was issued.
5. The age of the applicant for the Ministry of Education 2024 competition must not exceed 40 years on the date of publication of the advertisement.
6. Obtaining a higher educational qualification, or obtaining an educational diploma for non-graduates of colleges of education.
7. The general rating must be (acceptable) or higher.
8. Passing the tests according to the rules established in this regard.
9. Passing the training determined by the Ministry of Education.
10. Passing a medical examination and drug analysis for those who pass the required tests and training.
11. Application must be made in the governorate in which the applicant’s residence is located, according to the evidence on the national ID card.
12. Paying an amount of only 26 pounds to the account of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration by depositing on the account of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration No. 0781200/450/9 H/ the proceeds of fees for performing government positions, other than deposit expenses, in one of the following bank branches: – (The Bank The National Bank of Egypt – Banque Misr – Cairo Bank), which operates in the government financing system in all governorates of the Republic, provided that the date of receipt is later than the date of publication of the advertisement, and it must be confirmed that it mentions the applicant’s name, national number, and the position applied for.

- personal picture.
- A national ID card, first side, provided that it is valid.
- The national ID number is the other side, provided that it is valid.
- Educational Qualification.
- Highest qualification, if any.
- Attitude toward male military service.
- Attitude towards female public service.
- Qualification certificate or integrated services card in case of disability.
- Bank deposit receipt.
- The criminal status report is addressed to the Central Organization for Organization and Administration (two sides).
