It even came to the point of accusing her of seizing the “Engineers” apartment and torturing him by transporting him to the countryside of the Sharkia Governorate in an unbecoming matter. The artist Helmy Bakr continued during the intervention with the media personality Nihal Tayel on the “Details” program broadcast on the “Sada El Balad 2” channel, saying, “I will not speak with dignity, and I love my audience very much,” refusing to invade his personal life.
In turn, Samah Al-Qurashi commented, “The artist is upset and the situation reached 50% yesterday, and the doctor said that what you built in 3 months has been lost due to what is happening, and I wish people would stay away from us and leave us in our situation and enough talk about him because this affects him negatively.” She added, “He has a phobia of hospitals,” explaining that his transfer to Sharqia Governorate was at his request.
The musician’s wife accused his son Hisham, in her previous statements, of being in Cairo and not visiting his father, despite the latter’s request to do so. In response to what was said about preventing him from contacting anyone, she stated that Helmi Bakr was talking on the phone, and that she only answers known numbers, due to her preoccupation with taking care of her daughter and her husband’s health condition.
The spokesman for the Musical Professions Syndicate, Dr. Muhammad Abdullah, confirmed that there is a difficulty in communicating between the syndicate and musician Helmi Bakr to transfer him to the hospital to receive treatment, pointing out that efforts are still continuing to reach him. This came after the Musical Professions Syndicate confirmed its full readiness to transfer musician Helmy Bakr to any hospital inside Egypt or abroad to receive treatment.
