he was always as he is now. As soon as he sniffed power wherever he could, he installed his people there. A small example. Andrej Doležal, devoted to him, became the Minister of Transport. During his tenure, he mainly strove to ensure that the profitable highway toll stayed in the hands of Skytoll for as long as possible, and he didn’t even think to look at whether his predecessors had broken the law by sheer chance when signing the toll collection contract.
And for some reason, Mr. Speaker of the Parliament Boris Kollár did not see it either. It remains to be guessed why both of them suffered such “toll” blindness.
