[디지털투데이 AI리포터] IT media TechRadar reported on the 28th that smart home brand Eve Energy is developing a new outdoor smart plug that can control other devices within the network.
The body of the smart socket is shaped like a small square and comes with a black cover. The outlet is said to allow users to control their home’s smart lights and appliances via voice commands or the official app. It also tells you how much power your other devices are using.
Additionally, the plug is said to be compatible with Thread and Matter standards. Notably, using Matter also facilitates integration with smart home ecosystems such as Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
Additionally, it is expected to have an IP65 waterproof rating to protect against dust and water. Details such as release date, specific features and dimensions are not known.
