Fans of the TBS Tuesday drama “Saionji-san Doesn’t Do Housework” have been expressing their sadness as the final episode approaches, with many touched by a heartwarming off-camera video showcasing the parent-child bond between the characters.

Off-Camera Video Reveals Lighthearted Moments

A video released on the official SNS of the drama features Kurata Eima, who plays the daughter Kusumi Ruka, and SixTONES’ Matsumura Hokuto, who plays Kusumi Toshinao’s father, as well as Matsumoto Wakana, who plays Saionji-san. The video is shot from the perspective of Kurata Eima, with the caption “Ruka-chan’s camera.”

The video begins with Matsumura asking Eima, “Am I on camera?” to which Eima replies, “Yes,” and the exchange begins. Matsumura and Matsumoto respond to the video with smiles, and when Matsumura says to Eima, “Please ask me a question,” Eima appears to be concentrating on what he’s saying, as she says, “Say it yourself,” and the camera turns from them to the floor.

Every time Matsumura or Matsumoto speak to Eima, Eima’s camera turns to the floor, making for a cute video. In “Papa Camera” from Matsumura’s point of view, Matsumura films Eima. When Matsumura speaks to her, Eima covers the camera lens with her finger.
