French luxury brand Balenciaga has released a new jacket and pants with a design similar to the combat uniforms of the past, also known as ‘frog suits’.
According to the fashion industry on the 26th, Balenciaga presented ‘Dark Camo Biker Army Jacket Dark Green’ as the 51st look of the ‘Summer 24 Collection’ on its official website. Pre-orders are currently being accepted and the price has been won 6.49 million. The bottom of the sleeves and the bottom of the jacket have turned white as if it had been worn, and there are holes in them. Balenciaga described it as a “vintage and dirty effect.” There is Balenciaga embroidery in the left pocket.
Large cargo pants made of dark green cotton ripstop material also feature the same pattern design. The price is 3.83 million won. The total of the two products is 10.32 million won.

Some people evaluated Balenciaga’s steady rise as a joke to the secular fashion world. Balenciaga designer Demna Gvasalia said, “Fashion has to be radical,” adding, “Otherwise, it’s just a scam trying to trick people into opening their wallets.”
