Fake 103 million dollars from Güngören to Germany! Boxes of money were seized

Germany is talking about Talip G, who is behind the incident, with more than 103 million fake US dollars seized by the police in the warehouse. Schleswig-Holstein State police teams raided different addresses in Jübek and Hamburg. Among the places police searched were an apartment, two corporate offices and a warehouse.

Located north of Hamburg, Jübek is a town with a population of approximately 2,500 and is located very close to the Danish border.

More than 103 million US dollars placed in 75 boxes were seized during the raids. At first glance, the dollars stacked on four pallets looked exactly like the real thing.

German media wrote that fake money, called ‘auxiliary copy’ or ‘movie money’, was shipped from Turkey to Germany to be exported to the USA.

It is estimated that the suspect, 42-year-old Talip G, has sent counterfeit money to the USA before.
According to media reports, the police took action upon warnings from US officials and the German central bank, Deutsche Bundesbank.

US CUSTOMS CAUGHT

The press reported that more than 103 million dollars of money, which was almost impossible to distinguish from the real thing, was brought to Germany from Turkey and that the fake dollars were kept in a warehouse in Hamburg.

With the newly revealed evidence, the investigation extended to two company managers as well as the suspect Talip G.
There is information in the news that 42-year-old Talip G had previously exported money to the USA using a similar method. It is stated that millions of dollars’ worth of fake banknotes shipped from Germany to the USA in previous months were seized by American customs officials.
