Alcohol was found in the blood of the woman who was driving the car during the incident with the patrol officers, Alexander Belka, a representative of the territorial department of the State Bureau of Investigation in Poltava, told Suspilny.
He added: based on the results of the investigation, it is known that at the time of the stop, a woman was driving the car, and 0.33 ppm of alcohol was found in her blood.
As previously reported, on August 29 in Dnipro, a patrolman fatally wounded a male Jaguar driver; after law enforcement officers stopped the car, he started a fight. The man died on the spot from his injuries.
According to the State Bureau of Investigation, it was previously established that law enforcement officers tried to stop a car in the center of Dnieper, the driver of which was ignoring traffic rules. After stopping the car, the man behaved aggressively; in addition to him, there was a woman and children in the car. During the incident, the law enforcement officer used his service weapon. The man died from the gunshot wounds he received.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 1 of Article 115, Part 3 of Article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. An official investigation has been ordered into the use of a service firearm by a patrol police officer.
Let us remind you that the law enforcement officer was detained for exceeding official powers, but he did not admit his guilt under the articles with which he was charged.
On September 12, a 23-year-old woman who was in a car during the incident with patrol officers was reported to have been suspected of resisting police; a few days later she was given a preventive measure in the form of house arrest.
