Dr. spoke. Paisarn Dankum, secretary general of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), for the proceedings of the House of Representatives meeting. There was a draft of the Cannabis Cannabis Act BE…., which the Extraordinary Commission considered the draft Cannabis Cannabis Act, agreeing to break Section 3 entirely, leading to the interpretation that marijuana would return to the status of Narcotics that he, as commissioner , at the council meeting Article 3 has been considered, stating that marijuana, hemp and extracts under this law are not considered drugs under this law. And according to the Narcotics Code, the chairman of the committee called a meeting and saw that there was no need to write and decided to cut it out

As for marijuana, is it still a drug or not? apparently he did not look at this law, and Section 3 does not affect other sections in the draft Marijuana Act

The secretary general of the FDA also said that if marijuana is used as a drug It must be considered and approved by the Subcommittee on Narcotics of the FDA to the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB), but the final authority to publish the name of the drug is the Board of Directors Must the ONCB approved first. The Minister of Health then signed it.
