Louay Wael, the Arab Contractors player, explained that his health condition has stabilized after he fainted during the confrontation with the Mahalla Municipality in the 18th round of the league.

Louay Wael was taken to the hospital after he fell to the ground after an air tackle in the last minutes of the match.

Louay Wael said via On Time Sports 1: “Thank God, my health condition is better now. I fainted after a head collision with Mahmoud Abu Al-Saud, and the doctors tried to wake me up on the field, but I fell into a semi-coma for 40 minutes, and I was transferred directly to intensive care.” .

He explained, “The condition is now stable, and I will remain in the hospital for another 24 hours in order to undergo further tests.”

He continued, “The doctors reassured me about my health condition, and Ashraf Sobhi, the Minister of Sports, contacted me himself, and it was important for me to receive this attention.”

He concluded, “Mustafa Al-Shami, the mayor, did not leave me for a second. I would like to thank him very much and he took great care of me.”

Al-Mahalla Municipality repeated its victory over the Arab Contractors with the same result as the first round match, 2-0, in the 18th round of the Egyptian League in a match held at Al-Mahalla Stadium.
