FRANKFURT,Germany (AP) ⁤— Professor Dr. Carsten Paul has officially assumed teh ⁤presidency of ⁣the Frankfurt am Main Regional Court,succeeding Dr. Wilhelm Wolf, who now presides over the Hessian State Social ⁢court. The formal introduction was conducted Friday by‍ HesseS Minister of Justice, Christian Heinz.

Heinz lauded both men for their distinguished service. “The frankfurt am Main⁢ Regional Court, the ⁣largest ⁣in⁢ Hesse, will benefit from Professor Dr. Paul’s competence and experience,” Heinz stated. He also acknowledged Wolf’s eight-year tenure, noting his expertise.

Wilhelm Wolf’s Legacy

Dr. Wolf’s career in the hessian judiciary spans decades. After completing his legal preparation service in the Frankfurt⁢ am Main regional court district in January 1999, he briefly worked as a lawyer before becoming a judge ⁤on trial at ⁢the‍ Alsfeld district court in October 1999. He was appointed judge at the district court in 2002.

His ⁤career included a delegation to ⁣the Hessian⁣ Ministry of Justice from June 2004 to October 2006, where he served as⁤ head of the parliamentary department.‍ During this period, he was appointed judge at the Higher Regional Court in June 2006.
