Preparation before Receiving the Flu Vaccine:
- Avoid engaging in heavy exercise, lifting weights, and ensure adequate sleep two days before and after vaccination.
- Administering the COVID vaccine and the flu vaccine should have at least a one-month interval.
- If experiencing fever or severe pain, you may take 500 milligrams of paracetamol, one tablet at a time, with a minimum of 6 hours between doses. Do not consume medication such as Brufen, Arcoxia, or Celebrex.
- Inject the vaccine into the less dominant arm, and avoid using that arm or engaging in strenuous activities for two days after the injection.
