Original Metro Game Turns 15
4A Games, the Ukrainian studio behind the Metro franchise, is marking the 15th anniversary of the first installment, Metro 2033. The game, which debuted in March 2010, introduced players to a post-apocalyptic Moscow based on Glukhovsky’s vision.
Free Copy of Metro 2033 Redux Available
To celebrate the anniversary, 4A Games is offering Metro 2033 Redux, an enhanced version of the original game, for free. The offer is available on digital storefronts Steam adn GOG.
Gamers can claim their free copy of Metro 2033 Redux until April 16 at 7:00 PM CEST.
Metro Series Expansion
Following the success of metro 2033, 4A Games released two sequels: Metro: Last Light and Metro Exodus. In November of last year, the Metro universe expanded with Metro Awakening, a virtual reality spin-off.
