After on April 12, her agency announced the news of the idol’s sudden death, saying,
“It is with great sadness that all of our fellow artists and workers mourn the deceased. We ask that you seriously refrain from reporting speculation so that bereaved families and colleagues can mourn the deceased.”
According to police reports, on the day of the incident, Park Bo Ram was drinking alcohol with two women at her acquaintance’s home in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, around 9:55 pm before she went to the bathroom.
An acquaintance found that Park Bo Ram did not come out of the bathroom and lost consciousness, so he immediately called the police. And despite performing CPR, the female idol never regained consciousness and later died.
Police have requested an autopsy as they found no unusual signs of trauma associated with the death. And an autopsy found no signs of murder or violent struggle.
The funeral of the deceased was held five days after the sudden death. at the Asan Medical Center funeral hall in Seoul from 3:00 PM on the 15th in room 21, and the funeral will be held at 6:00 AM on the 17th.
