Future Chairman: Ahmed Refaat is improving… and a special reward for the victory over Zamalek

Walid Dabas, President of the Modern Future Club, revealed that Ahmed Refaat, the team’s player, is currently in good condition, and there is a specialized medical team currently working on his condition 24 hours a day in a Cairo hospital, following his move from Alexandria.

Walid Dabas explained, during television statements to On Time Sport 1 channel with the journalist Ahmed Schubert, saying: “The kidneys did not work at their full efficiency, and there was some inflammation in the lungs, and we have not been able to determine the cause of Ahmed Refaat’s fall until now, and his mother is staying with him in the hospital to always check on him.” The player is moving on his own and speaking to us normally now.”

The President of the Modern Future Club talked about Zamalek’s match in the African Confederation Championship, saying: “There is a special reward, of course, for beating Zamalek and qualifying for the semi-finals of the African Confederation Championship.”

The Modern Future team is preparing to meet its counterpart, Zamalek, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the African Confederation Cup, which is scheduled for next Sunday, March 31, and will be held at Al Salam Stadium at nine o’clock in the evening.

While the second leg of the African Confederation Cup quarter-finals between Zamalek and Modern Future will be held on Sunday, April 7, at Cairo International Stadium.
